Pharmacy 4 Less Top Ryde

I was shopping with a friend today and noticed someone in the isle near by testing products like my self and my friend. Until a worker of the shop confronted a young lady about an item that she was holding. We then later notice a manager coming speaking to her too, yet the young lady was then stopped by 2 security guards and was forced to pay for an item that was on the testing shelf. Apparently the item the young lady tested was not for testing but i think that is absolutely wrong what the store worker and manager has done. If an item isn’t there for testing then why have the product unboxed and unsealed next to another product that’s on the testing shelf. I felt so uncomfortable after the situation not trusting the workers around me, thinking the same could happen to me and my friend so we left immediately. Horrible experience…. If I could give them no stars i would for the customer service and management….

A big thumbs up to the manager of Pharmacy 4 Less at Top Ryde. I am a pensioner visitor from Port Macquarie and urgently needed some Covid RAT tests. Price $40, but because of my situation, the manager let me have them to me for a 10% discount. Very much appreciated at this busy and expensive time of year. Well done, and my sincere thanks. Store manager named Sharon is so rude. Had security called me and was forced to purchase a product I tested because apparently it wasn’t a tester. It was next to another tester and was in a pump. I pumped it once. It was obviously an accident. How desperate for money do you have to be to call security on someone and force them to purchase a product. Never have I had that kind of experience at any store. Ridiculous. She absolutely should lose her job. Sad part is, I went into the store to do some shopping for my work Kris Kringle. This unfortunate experience made me leave very upset after purchasing the $27 sunscreen they forced me to buy. Edit: just wanted to respond to the owners response to my review. No I absolutely cannot understand. If it was that serious the store could have just disposed of the product. My experience at the store was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The entire experience was totally humiliating and the store manager should be ashamed of herself. This response is also pathetic and an apology would have sufficed.
